To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, we recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date. Orders that have already been processed and shipped prior to cancellation cannot be cancelled or refunded under this policy and are instead subject to our Refund Policy.
Refunds Upon Cancellation
If you cancel mid-billing cycle, you will receive a prorated refund for any unused portion of your current subscription period. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of your cancellation confirmation. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the credit.
